These terms outline how Ordforge provides consulting and custom software services. A separate project agreement governs each engagement.

Services

Ordforge provides discovery, custom software development, integrations, and automation services as scoped in a written proposal or statement of work.

Proposals & payment

Work begins after mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and fees. Payment terms are defined per project agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom software built for you is yours upon full payment. Pre-existing Ordforge tools and libraries remain ours.

Confidentiality

Both parties treat non-public business and technical information as confidential. Mutual NDAs are available on request.

Warranty

We fix defects in our deliverables during the guarantee period defined in your project agreement, at no additional charge.

Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and as set out in the project agreement.
